Our Programs

Day Care Grande Prairie - Image 3 A Bright Beginning Child Care is licensed through Child Care Licensing with the Government of Alberta. We accept children ages 12 months to 5 years in the early years program. (before starting Grade 1) The Centre provides full and part time spaces. Part time is limited and only can be offered with an offset to ensure fees of a full-time space are obtained. The out of school program, ABC Busy Bee's accept children ages 5-10 years of age.

Care is provided in 7 separate classrooms based on ages.

Baby Bugs & Tiny Bears (12-23 months) are both licensed for 8 children with a minimum of two educators each.

Tumbling Tots & Mighty Tots (19-36 months) are both licensed for 12 children with a minimum of 2 educators each. Both classrooms have 3 educators for enhanced care.

Mighty Explorers (3-4 years) is licensed for 16 children and has a minimum of 2 educators. Currently, the room has 3 permanent educators for enhanced care.

Super Seeking Seniors (4-5 years) is licensed for 20 children and has a minimum of 2 educators in the room at any given time. Currently, the class has 3 permanent educators for enhanced care.

ABC Out of School Program is licensed for 25 spaces with a minimum of two educators and additional educator for no school days.
